What is Preloved’s Return Policy?

If an item isn’t the right fit, please visit your returns page to initiate a return request. For details on our refund options, check out our FAQ. All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery.

You can return multiple items in one package, as long as all return slips are included.

Refund Requirements

Items must be in the same condition as received.
A $3.99 restocking fee applies.
Original shipping charges are not refunded.
Final sale items cannot be returned.

For orders shipped within the contiguous U.S.:

Items purchased with Preloved store credits will be refunded as store credits.
Refund methods cannot be changed after processing.
Store credits will be issued within 5-7 days after your return is received; credit card refunds may take an additional 3-5 business days.
Promotions and discounts are not reimbursed.
Prepaid return labels are only available for the contiguous U.S.; Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico do not qualify.
